Well in general Horizon 2 is pretty arcadey, but honestly a lot of people are into that. The Mad Catz wheel should work fine with Horizon 2, which basically runs the same physics engine as Forza 5.  The strength of the force feedback is pretty good on horizon 2 and in my opinion a bit stronger than Forza 5, which is something they were trying to improve upon. Let me know if you have any issues and I can always try to test on my end.
